I have been attending Helena since 2016 for a couple of different ailments. Mainly migraine and IBS. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She has nearly eliminated my migraines and has broken the cycle of when they would occur. Maybe now I would have 1 per month rather than maybe 3 or 4. I do take preventative medication for my migraine but this still wasn’t curbing the occurrences and intensity before trying Accupuncture. Helena has also helped with my ibs and flare ups are less. But in general Helena deals with the whole body and how your emotions can affect your wellbeing. She has used her expertise for accu facials which I can say is a fab experience and lessening of frown lines is a plus.  Overall I can highly recommend Helena as a practitioner as she has helped me so much for which I am grateful. Helena was recommended to me by a friend who had found her excellent but having had a previously not so positive experience with Acupuncture I reluctantly contacted Helena for a session.
We have been having fertility issues for many years and so my purpose for attending would focus on this. Our 13 year old daughter suffered from chronic sinus infections for over two years. She had no energy, constant sinus pain, head aches and congestion. I started acupuncture with Helena just before my first IVF (my previous acupuncturist had stopped practicing). Helena was immediately able to accommodate me at short notice and I always found her very personal and never felt rushed during our sessions. When our first round of IVF failed she was very supportive, and when we prepared for our second IVF I went back to Helena for weekly acupuncture sessions to prepare my body. I have been attending Helena for over two years.
