Cancellation policy

Please understand that appointment times are limited. My goal is to provide quality complimentary health care to all my patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only myself, but other patients as well.

I understand that cancellations can occasionally be unavoidable, but due to the high number of them, I have updated my policy.

I kindly ask for 48 hour’s notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled on the same day will incur a fee of €40, and missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 3 hour’s notice will require the full fee.
