I specialise in women’s health especially fertility and IVF support, gynecology & pregnancy. By enhancing your overall health, you improve the health of your reproductive system, customized diet and lifestyle plans lay the foundation for a healthy pregnancy.

I am a member of the Zita West Network for Reproductive Health, as an Affiliated Acupuncturist.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, perfect health is understood to be a perfect balance of Yin & Yang, necessary but opposing natural forces. The underlying principle behind TCM is that Qi or vital energy flows through our body in pathways or channels known as meridians. Pain or illness occurs when this Qi or vital energy is blocked and is unable to flow freely within these meridians, signifying that the body is out of balance.

Acupuncture & Naturopathy work to restore and maintain the body’s natural balance by stimulating its own healing response. The aim is to treat the whole person, so it can be effective for a wide range of problems — physical, mental and emotional.

I firmly believe in treating the ‘whole person’ by using a combination of natural healing techniques including nutrition & supplements, detoxification, diet and lifestyle advice,  in conjunction with Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I am based in two locations in Co. Meath, The Ananda Centre in Slane and at the Yoga with Roisin studio in Navan town centre.

I am a fully licensed Acupuncturist & Naturopath and a member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association of Ireland. Treatments can be claimed back from your health insurer, contact your provider for further details.
